Foot Wellness Assessment

This assessment is designed for new clients who need a professional evaluation before beginning treatment. During your appointment, we will review your concerns, assess the condition of your feet and nails, discuss treatment options, and determine the most appropriate service plan. Your $50 Assessment Fee will be applied as a credit toward your recommended treatment when your service is scheduled at the conclusion of your assessment appointment. The assessment credit must be used within 30 days of your assessment date. If treatment is not scheduled at the time of your assessment, the assessment fee is considered payment for the professional evaluation provided and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Assessment fees cannot be transferred to another individual, exchanged for products, or applied to future services outside of the stated timeframe.

Ingrown Toenail Correction (Onyfix®

Avoid surgery! Onyfix® is a non-surgical ingrown toenail correction system designed to help guide the nail into a healthier growth pattern over time. This comfortable, pain-free procedure uses a brace placed on the toenail to help relieve pressure and support proper growth. Regular nail polish may be worn over the brace. The brace is designed to remain in place as the nail grows and is typically worn for approximately 30 weeks. Price is per treated toenail. Can be booked with or without a pedicure. If added to a pedicure, this service is an additional $145 per toe.

Onyfix® Follow-Up $85 per toe

For existing Onyfix® clients needing maintenance, evaluation, or brace replacement during the correction process.

Wellness Foot Care

$50.00 deposit required

Stage 1 – Maintained / Good Condition Price: $135 • Regular monthly maintenance • No callus buildup • Cuticles well maintained • No excessive dryness, cracking, or thickened skin • Service fits within standard appointment time. •Dazzle Dry polish included with this service. ⚠️Clients with suspected or confirmed toenail fungus will be automatically moved to Corrective or an Advanced Pedicure if needed during service.

Enhanced Foot Care

$50.00 deposit required

Stage 2 – Mild Neglect Price: $145 • Missed 1–2 months of maintenance • Light to moderate callus buildup • Mild dryness or rough texture • Cuticles slightly overgrown • Requires extra time beyond standard service

Corrective Foot Care

$50.00 deposit required

Stage 3 – $155-$250 • Missed 3+ months of maintenance • Heavy callus buildup or thickened skin • Significant dryness, flaking, or minor cracking • Cuticles heavily overgrown • Possible fungal concerns or nail discoloration • Requires advanced care and extended service time ⚠️ Clients with confirmed or suspected fungal toenails will be moved to a Medical Pedicure service.

Advanced Corrective Foot Care

$50.00 deposit required

Stage 4 – Severe Neglect / Restoration Level Price: $350 • Missed extended periods of maintenance • Severe callus buildup, thickened skin, or deep cracking • Extremely dry, rough, or compromised skin condition • Nails may be thick, damaged, or overgrown • Fungal conditions and/or significant nail discoloration present • Requires intensive restoration, specialized care, and maximum service time ⚠️ If fungal toenails are present, this service will be converted to a Medical Pedicure and priced accordingly.

FSA/HSA Eligible Advanced Foot Care

Investment: $155–$350 This service is for clients using their FSA/HSA benefits for qualifying Advanced Foot Care services. Your investment is determined by the condition of your feet and the number of toenails requiring corrective care. Pricing Guidelines: * 1 toenail – $155 * 2 toenails – $175 * 3–6 toenails – $250 * Extensive corrective care (7–10 toenails) – $350 New clients may be required to complete a Foot Assessment prior to appointment approval.

Toenail Restoration With Pedicure

$50.00 deposit required

Pricing starts at $185-$355 depending on the condition of your feet and how many toes needing to be restored with your choice of Dazzle Dry polish.Recommended wear time 4-5 weeks.
